How can I issue a certificate?
You can submit your experience through cc@attica-group.com.
According to current legislation, certificates are issued for itineraries that have been completed since 2018.
What types of certificates can I issue?
- Travel Details Certificate
- MAN Non-Usage Certificate
- Itinerary Modification Certificate
- Capacity Certificate.
- Fare Certificate. Issued by the local Central Port Agency of departure.
- Sailing Ban / Strike Certificate. Issued by the local Port Authorities of departure.
What information is required to submit a request?
When submitting your request to cc@attica-group.com, you will be asked to send:
- Passenger full name
- Ticket or booking reference number
- Travel date and itinerary
- Proof of signature certified by a competent authority.
How long does it take for the certification to be issued?
The certificate is usually issued within 5 business days following the successful submission of the request.
How will I receive the certification?
The certificate will be sent electronically to your email address in digital format (PDF), which you may save or print.
Does the certification have official validity?
Certificates are issued by the company and are intended for all legitimate and lawful uses.
