ANEK Smart Bonus members transition to Seasmiles!

On Wednesday 28 February the ANEK Smart loyalty program ceased operating and as of 29 February, you can be rewarded for your trips through the Seasmiles loyalty program.

 

What is Seasmiles?

Seasmiles is the loyalty program of Attica Group, which operates in passenger shipping through SUPERFAST FERRIES, BLUE STAR FERRIES, HELLENIC SEAWAYS & ANEK LINES. Enjoy exclusive privileges, offers, and high-quality services every time you travel to one of the Group’s 60+ destinations. In addition, as members of Seasmiles you can enjoy discounts and privileges on our network of 240+ program partners throughout Greece.

 

What about the points I have on my ANEK Smart Bonus card?

Υou can transfer your ANEK Smart Bonus point balance and tier to the Seasmiles program until 31 May 2025.

  1. What is the correspondence of my ANEK Smart points to Seasmiles?
    The transfer of your ANEK Smart points to Seasmiles, will be implement according to the following correspondence:
    1 ANEK Smart point = 5 collection seasmiles
     
  2. What will happen to my ANEK Smart card tier when I transfer to Seasmiles?
    Your tier will be transferred to Seasmiles according to the following equivalence:

    Anek Smart        Seasmiles 
    Friends                 Blue 
    Silver                    Silver 
    Gold                     Gold. 

    If you already have a Seasmiles card, then the higher tier of your two cards will be maintained when you transfer. 
     
  3. What happens if I don’t transfer my points?
    If you don't transfer your points until 31/05/2025, they will be lost.
     

  4. Can I transfer my ANEK Smart card points to the new Seasmiles card at the ship / agency?
    No, points can only be transfered through www.seasmiles.com .
