What do I need to do to get the €30?
If you’re a Seasmiles member, fill in the participation form above. After accepting the campaign terms and clicking “Join now”, download the Snappi app from Google Play or the App Store and open your Snappi account.
Before you start, make sure you have your eGov credentials & your ID card as you’ll need them during the account opening process. Then, purchase your ferry tickets worth at least €30 through:
- the web sites of Superfast Ferries, Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways & Anek lines or the seamore app
using your Snappi Mastercard debit card.
Once your transaction is confirmed, €30 will be credited to your Snappi account.
Where can I use the cashback?
The €30 will be credited to your Snappi account and you can use it however you like!
Until when can I participate in the campaign?
The campaign runs from 02/06/2026 until 15/07/2026. From the moment you submit the participation form, you must complete the opening of your Snappi account, and an eligible ferry ticket purchase of at least €30, within 5 days.
If the above steps are not completed within the required timeframe, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible for the €30 reward.
I filled in the form and completed the onboarding in the Snappi app, but I still don’t see the €30 in my account. Why?
If you have:
- used a valid Seasmiles card number when completing the form, and
- completed an eligible transaction of at least €30 through the websites of Superfast Ferries, Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways & Anek lines or the seamore app, using your Snappi Mastercard debit card,
then the amount of €30 will be credited to your Snappi account. The maximum credit period is up to 10 business days from the date your ferry ticket purchase is completed. Also, if you have already participated in another Snappi promotional campaign (such as Shell, OASA, Public, CU, AB, SKY express, Domino’s etc.) and already received a reward, you are not eligible for an additional reward from this campaign, according to the campaign terms.
If I’m not a Seasmiles member, can I still get the €30?
Unfortunately not. This campaign is exclusively available to Seasmiles members. Nevertheless, you can easily and quickly register for the Seasmiles program through seasmiles.com and then participate in the promotion as usual. Learn more about the program here.
If I get a Seasmiles card now, can I still participate?
Of course! Once you get your Seasmiles card, you can fill in the participation form and, after completing your Snappi onboarding and eligible transaction, you’ll receive your reward. You can complete your Seasmiles registration here.
I filled in the form but I get a message saying my Seasmiles number is invalid.
Please make sure you’re entering your Seasmiles card number correctly, without spaces or typos, and try again. The Seasmiles card number consists of 11 digits and does not contain any spaces between the digits.

Is it necessary to fill in the form to receive the €30?
Yes. If you open a Snappi account without first completing the participation form, you will not be eligible for the campaign reward.
Can I combine this €30 reward with another Snappi reward campaign?
No. According to the campaign terms, each customer can participate in only one Snappi campaign. The reward you receive will be the one linked to the first participation form you submitted chronologically.

The onboarding process is designed to be completed through your mobile phone using eGov. You’ll only need your eGov credentials and your ID card. Before you begin, make sure your details are updated in the National Communication Registry (E.M.Ep.) on Gov.gr for a smoother onboarding experience.
